Game Breakdown: What is Run 3?
Run 3 is an endless runner created by a developer known as Joseph Cloutier, in which you control a character running through a series of tunnels in the depths of space. Your objective? Don't fall!
The kicker? Gravity seems to work a little differently out here. The tunnels can rotate, so you'll be running on all sorts of walls and even upside down. As you progress through the levels, the tunnels will get more complicated, with gaps, moving platforms, crumbling tiles, and much more.
How to Play Run3
Run 3 is easy to pick up but hard to put down. Here's how it works:
- Movement occurs using the arrow keys to move left or right or rotate the tunnel.
- Jumping or jumping over gaps is done by pressing the space bar.
- Try not to fall into space! If you fall, you'll have to either start from the beginning or a checkpoint.
- Power cells are collected and can help unlock new playable characters; each character has unique abilities and styles of play.
Unlike most 'endless runners', Run 3 has two modes:
- Explore mode: An objective-driven mode where you go through levels to unlock new areas.
- Infinite mode: See how far you can go as you explore the space tunnels and try not to fall!
Advice to Become Expert in Run 3
- Try out as many characters as possible; they all have different styles of playing. Some can jump higher than others, some can run faster than others, and others can even adhere to the walls as you run on the floor.
- Plan your route: This is very important for Explore Mode. The path you select can mean the difference between winning and losing.
- Don't forget about the walls! The tunnel rotates, you can use that to your advantage, and sometimes the safe route is not on the floor.

Play Run 3 unblocked at school, or play at home, and see how far you can run in space. But beware, it is hard not to keep running once you start.
